Three years ago, a panic attack brought me to my knees, literally. I lost touch with reality and felt completely broken. Unfixable. 

For a long time after, I kept waking up anxious, disconnected, and already bracing for the day. My body never learned how to feel safe in the mornings.

The Sunrise Sequence is what helped me find my way back. It's the practice I created to help my nervous system finally feel safe again, and it's what I wish I'd had when I was waking up in survival mode every single morning.

I am NOT a therapist/guru - just someone who's been through it. Now I help others reconnect to their bodies and regulate their nervous systems, so mornings don't have to feel like a battlefield anymore.
